About

I'm a high school student drawn to the questions where medicine, genetics, and data meet. My current research investigates the genetic basis of post-vaccine myocarditis — work I pursue both through a mentored project at the University of Florida and as the lead of a student team building an AI-driven risk-screening model. For me, the goal isn't only to understand the science but to translate it into something useful: identifying who is most at risk and making the case for earlier, smarter screening.

Away from the lab, I'm a competitive ballroom dancer who has performed across five states, a choreographer who teaches younger students, and a volunteer who coaches sports to children with disabilities. I see a throughline in all of it — the same discipline that drives a research project also shapes a performance and a mentorship. I'm preparing for a future in medicine, with a particular curiosity about anesthesiology and the human side of clinical care.

  • Direct project planning and coordinate collaboration across the team.

  • Choreograph and teach multicultural routines incorporating ballroom technique to younger students.

  • Conduct mentored research on post–COVID-19 vaccine myocarditis, focusing on genetic alleles tied to elevated risk.

  • Work to isolate high-risk alleles to identify affected demographics and advocate for pre-genetic screening.

  • Co-authoring a literature review currently in preparation for publication; preparing the project for submission to the Terra STEM competition

Science & Medicine

  • Science Olympiad — Compete in Designer Genes, Forensics, and Disease Detectives at the Columbia Invitational and NYC Regionals.

  • Outset Pre-Med Anesthesiology Program, Columbia University (Summer 2026) — Selected for a one-week program of anesthesia simulation, hands-on skills, and lectures on the medical field.
